Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist classroom educators in executing lessons and activities.

2. Aid in the preparation of educational materials and resources.

3. Work closely with individual learners or small groups to reinforce educational concepts.

4. Provide assistance during assessments and examinations.

5. Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive educational atmosphere.

Essential Qualifications:

A degree in Education or a related discipline.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.

A genuine passion for supporting students in their educational journey.

Educational Background:

Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

Experience:

Previous experience in an educational environment is preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:

Familiarity with teaching methodologies and strategies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Patience and empathy when engaging with students.

Desirable Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Education.

Experience working with students with special educational needs.

Work Environment:

Engagement in a school setting under the guidance of qualified educators.

Full-time hours with potential evening or weekend commitments for school-related events.

May require prolonged periods of standing or sitting.
