Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist classroom educators in executing lessons and activities.

2. Aid in the preparation of educational materials and resources.

3. Collaborate with individual learners or small groups to reinforce understanding of concepts.

4. Provide assistance during evaluations and assessments.

5. Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive educational atmosphere.

Essential Qualifications:

A degree in Education or a related discipline.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Capability to work efficiently within a team.

Enthusiasm for supporting students in their educational journey.

Educational Background:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

Experience:

Previous experience in an educational environment is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

Familiarity with teaching methodologies and strategies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Patience and empathy when engaging with students.

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Education.

Experience working with students with special educational needs.

Working Conditions:

Engagement in a school environment under the guidance of qualified educators.

Full-time hours with potential evening or weekend commitments for school-related events.

May require prolonged periods of standing or sitting.
