Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our hotel operations in the North West region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and maximizing profitability across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that each department delivers a consistently high standard of service.
  • Business Development: Achieve business objectives and maximize profitability by implementing effective strategies and initiatives.
  • Cost Control: Maintain effective cost controls in all areas, ensuring that expenses are minimized and resources are optimized.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with all Heads of Department to ensure the smooth running of operations and achieve shared goals.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record as a General Manager of a large hotel, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and management.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high standards.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
