Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team at Energi People. This is a permanent role that offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare essential documentation, calculations, specifications, and sketches throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial concept to regulatory approval.
  • Collaborate with BIM Technicians to ensure the production of accurate drawings that meet project requirements.
  • Participate in training sessions and technical workshops that enhance both personal and organizational growth.
  • Offer mentorship and support to Graduate and Project Engineers, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Develop fee proposals related to various projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
