Europe Travel Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Antella Travel Recruitment. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Europe Travel Sales team and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Empower team members to excel in their roles through coaching and facilitation, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and maximize sales performance.
- Work closely with the Head of Region to develop and implement strategies to increase conversion rates, speed to market, and revenue.
- Develop and support team members through challenges, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Facilitate sales training and coaching to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Conduct regular 1-2-1 sessions and call coaching to provide feedback and support team members in their growth and development.
- Proven experience as a team leader or manager in the travel industry.
- A passion for luxury travel and a deep understanding of the market.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Experience working with targets and monitoring performance through CRM systems.
- An analytical mindset, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and trends.
- Dynamism and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive base salary of £42,000, with bonus potential of £15,000 - £20,000.
