About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Travel Consultant to join our specialist Europe team at FCM Travel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional travel experiences for our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • To take ownership of all aspects of selling and booking luxury holidays, including written and verbal quotations and holiday documentation.
  • To develop and maintain excellent product knowledge for European destinations, with a focus on Ski and Beach.
  • To work closely with our Sales teams to meet sales targets and Key Performance Indicators.
  • To support all marketing initiatives, including brochure production, website management, and promotional events.
  • To provide exceptional customer service and meet guests on a face-to-face basis when required.
  • To learn and become conversant with all computer software applications.
  • To work collaboratively with all departments to achieve business objectives.

About You

We are looking for a sales-driven individual with a keen eye for numbers and excellent communication skills. Previous travel sales experience is not essential, but you will have a deep passion for travel and a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.

Requirements

  • Sales driven with a keen eye for numbers.
  • Enthusiastic and polite telephone manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven organisational skills.
  • Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service.
