About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Band 5 nurse to join our Community Nursing Team as a Staff Nurse within the Hambleton & Richmondshire locality based at The Friary Clinic, Richmond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, holistic care for people in their own homes and residential settings.
  • Work closely with GP practices and other partners to support patients with complex and high-acuity needs.
  • Deliver effective evidence-based care to a defined demographic population with diverse healthcare and social needs.
  • Adapt to the changing needs of the Trust and the community models of care.
Requirements
  • Registered as fit to practice by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Diploma or Degree in Adult Nursing.
  • Experience of multi-disciplinary working and commitment to evidence-based practice.
