Job Title: Adult Community Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our Adult Community Night Nursing Service at Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare (HRCH). As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to housebound patients with complex needs, enabling them to remain in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients with complex needs, enabling them to remain in their own homes.
  • Work across the Hounslow and Richmond areas, collaborating with specialist nurses, allied health, and social care professionals to meet patient needs.
  • Conduct first assessments and reviews, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate individual care programs.
  • Be flexible to support a corporate approach to patient care as required.
