About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Culinary Operations Manager at Modern Art Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a menu that reflects the design and aesthetic of our café, while ensuring that it remains accessible to our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a menu that showcases our café's unique character and style.
  • Supervise and manage the rota of our café staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and high-quality food and drinks.
  • Collaborate with our Commercial Manager to maximize profits and further develop the Café in line with the Gallery's aims and objectives.
  • Work closely with our team to produce a clear menu offering paninis, soups, and seasonal specials, as well as a wide range of cakes and pastries.
  • Devising dishes to limit wastage and working to strict budgets is a very important part of our menu planning.
