About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen team and ensure that all culinary operations are executed to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our guests.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed and that the kitchen is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Manage kitchen staff and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that all guest interactions are positive and that our guests receive exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisine.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and inventory management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
