Job Overview

Adjacency Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month contract. As a key member of our HR function, you will be the first point of contact for all generalist HR expertise and advice across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Group People Director to develop and implement the HR strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives.
  • Employee Engagement: Work with the Group People Director to foster a culture that supports employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Organizational Change: Help embed organizational culture change programs, taking into account local requirements and tailoring solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
  • HR Operations: Ensure HR policies and processes are applied fairly and consistently across the business.
  • Recruitment: Support with recruitment, from initial approval through to onboarding.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other HR colleagues, such as Learning and Development, to deliver an exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Able to balance a reactive workload with medium-to-long term projects.
  • An excellent generalist HR skillset.
  • Data driven with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
