Your New Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  1. Coaching Managers to enhance their leadership skills
  2. Employee Relations (ER) to resolve workplace issues
  3. Talent Management to identify and develop key talent
  4. Organisational Health to promote a positive work environment
  5. Cross-functional collaboration to drive business results
  6. Understanding and developing the company culture
  7. Other HR generalist activities to support the business

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven HRBP experience, including coaching, ER, talent management, and organisational health
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  4. Knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory requirements

Financial services or similar experience is preferred.
