About the Role

Bene is seeking a highly skilled Space Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional space plans that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Planning
    • Develop qualitative and on-time planning, technical drawings, rendering, presentation, and creation of customer-related documents
    • Create concepts and furniture solutions efficiently and promptly to meet client-specific requests
    • Support our sales team/sales support in product identification and product configuration
    • Collaborate with the Technical Support team (UK & HQ) to handle special requirements
    • Provide support with the preparation or creation of customer presentations
    • Develop final design packs to support sales support/project management in a successful installation
  • Administration and Communication
    • Cooperate with and support Sales staff in all Sales matters
    • Contribute to the communication within the team
    • Ensure the quality of internal and external correspondence
    • Ensure the quality of customer, design/technical data & files within the internal systems
    • Maintain and update resource libraries with current product renderings and drawings
  • Customer Success
    • Contribute proactively to the development of quality and efficiency in the design process and outputs created
    • Attend and support networking, training, and sales/dealer events outside of normal working hours
    Requirements
    • Experienced designer with competence in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D visualization, P.con
    • Strong teamworking spirit
    • Strong attention to detail across technical designs and floor-planning
    • Ideal understanding of the contract furniture industry
    • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
    • Ability to manage fast-paced creative needs
    • Enjoy a hardworking and social environment
