We are seeking a highly skilled Space Planning Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a Space Planning Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic space plans that drive sales and enhance the customer experience across all retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain strategic space plans that drive sales and enhance the customer experience across all retail channels.
  • Create and manage detailed planograms to optimize product placement and visibility, ensuring alignment with overall merchandising goals.
  • Take ownership of store layouts to maximize space efficiency and enhance product accessibility, while reflecting the brand's ethos and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of space strategies at all locations, including stores and concessions.
  • Analyze space productivity metrics and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement actionable strategies.
  • Maintain a strong ethical approach to space planning, ensuring compliance with company standards and fostering a culture of integrity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in space planning or a related field, within the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of planograms and retail layout design.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

  • Proficiency in space planning software and tools.
