Job Title: Office Space Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Space Planner to join our team at Publicis Groupe UK. As an Office Space Planner, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating all plans for the portfolio, managing space planning requirements, and producing accurate numbered plans for project moves.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement space planning strategies to optimize office layouts and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with IT and relocation contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage minor projects and moves with the Property Manager, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and Publicis Groupe policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Actively promote a culture of customer and service excellence within the organization.
Requirements:
  • High proficiency in AutoCAD (2016) LT or better.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of space planning standards and related industry regulations.
  • Good Microsoft office skills, especially in Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Strong management and communication skills.
