KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will oversee the pricing and sales processes for all spare parts requested by customers, leveraging your teamwork skills to work closely with peers and stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance performance, thereby achieving business goals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve maximizing revenue from sales while demonstrating a strong commitment to exceeding the expectations of both internal and external customers. A vital aspect of this position will be your capacity to lead continuous improvement initiatives across various functions, ensuring a seamless and timely transition from customer orders to deliveries. By refining the capabilities of the spare parts sales process and maintaining a keen awareness of customer deadlines, you will effectively convert customer-driven needs into profitable solutions aligned with our business strategy. Additionally, the Spare Parts Coordinator will offer administrative assistance to the department.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Completion of High School education A degree is preferred but not mandatory Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (such as SAP or Oracle) Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Skills in data analysis and reporting Previous experience with a Parts Numbering system is advantageousABOUT OUR PROCESS SYSTEMS:
We provide equipment and solutions tailored for the upstream oil and gas sector, focusing on the separation and treatment of oil, gas, solids, seawater, and produced water. Our offerings include solutions, hardware, and services for the development, construction, and operation of onshore and offshore energy production systems, primarily targeting conventional oil and gas extraction. By building on these capabilities, we also support low-carbon energy production initiatives, including emission reduction, carbon capture, and hydrogen processing.
