**About the Role**
FinTop Consulting is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to lead our Corporate FX sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving sales performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of FX services and exceptional client experience
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
• Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
**Requirements**
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in the Corporate FX market
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
