About CareTech Group: CareTech Group is a leading provider of specialized services in education, mental health rehabilitation, and support for individuals with learning disabilities. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team at Stratford Lodge in Salisbury.

About Stratford Lodge: Stratford Lodge is a specialized residential care facility designed to provide support and educational links for young adults aged 19 to 25 with an Education, Health and Care Plan. The individuals we assist typically have diagnoses of Autistic Spectrum Disorder, severe learning difficulties, and other related needs. Our residents may exhibit challenging behaviors.

Personalized Care Plans: At Stratford Lodge, we create tailored plans for each young adult, focusing on developing life skills such as independence and access to vocational pathways. Our goal is to support each individual in achieving their personal best.

Team Structure: You will be a crucial member of a compassionate and motivated team, including Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, Deputy Manager, and Registered Care Manager.

Role Responsibilities: As part of our dedicated teams assigned to each young adult, you will play a vital role in helping our residents learn and develop essential life skills. While no specific qualifications are required, a shared passion for empowering young adults is essential.

Training and Development: We provide comprehensive training programs to enhance your professional skills. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced and dedicated professionals in the field, with ongoing mentoring and support.

Probationary Period: A fully supported 6-month probationary period will be provided, during which you will receive guidance from a mentor and line manager to ensure a successful start to your career at Stratford Lodge.
