Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to lead our new EBD children's home in Coventry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Lead a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure excellent care and support for our young people.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, such as social services and healthcare providers, to ensure seamless support for our young people.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support services, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager qualification and experience in a children's home setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, staff, and external agencies.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the children's home.

  • A competitive salary, ranging from £55k to £60k, dependent on experience.
