Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, individualized care to children and young people in the comfort of their own homes.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the needs of our service users.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and carers to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in paediatric care.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience of supporting children with long-term or life-limiting conditions.
- Knowledge of spinal injury and brain injury care is advantageous.
