We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Allstaff, a leading provider of recruitment services. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Director and providing generalist HR advice and support to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to employees and management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including recruitment, employment contracts, leavers, and appraisals.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings and hearings with the HR Director, taking detailed meeting notes as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
