IC Resources is seeking a talented Test Development Engineer to join our team

Our client, a leading innovator in battery technology for electric vehicles, marine applications, and renewable energy, is revolutionizing the industry with their patented solutions. They specialize in streamlining battery management systems, offering adaptable solutions for various cell types.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the ASIC engineering team to develop efficient production testing methods that meet rigorous automotive quality standards.
  • Design innovative test hardware for multisite production testing and device characterization.
  • Continuously explore and implement new test methodologies to enhance yield rates and optimize production costs.
  • Develop comprehensive test program code and actively participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Create detailed test plans and meticulously identify root causes for any test-related issues.
  • Contribute to pre-production activities and provide essential support during qualification testing phases.
  • Develop hardware checker programs and scripts to streamline troubleshooting processes and facilitate efficient data processing.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in semiconductor bench testing and ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) production system development is essential.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in semiconductor testing processes with a strong emphasis on production-level experience.
  • A solid understanding of electronics circuit operation and comprehensive knowledge of various test methodologies.
  • Experience in analog and mixed-signal testing is highly valued.
  • Programming skills in Python, VBA, C, and C# are preferred assets.
  • Familiarity with schematic design tools and revision control software is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are required for effective collaboration within the team.
