Advanced Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our team at DHU Healthcare, a not-for-profit community interest company providing a range of services to the NHS frontline. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with current practice guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
- Registered Adult Nurse, Paramedic, or Pharmacist with the relevant professional body.
- Experience in autonomous practice, including telephone triage and emergency care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Full driving license (for some roles).
- Competitive salary range: £59,226 - £69,066 per annum.
