About Us: We are a leading specialist bakery business, seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Research and Development team.

Job Summary: We are looking for a Graduate Development Technologist to work as an integral part of our R&D team, producing innovative food products that can be mass-produced without any loss of quality or taste.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new food products that meet customer requirements and company standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Conduct sensory analysis and quality control checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and materials.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key customers and suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement new ideas and innovations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree/HND in Food Science, Food Technology, or related subject.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of food safety processes and procedures, including HACCP; excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
