Join Our Team as a Graduate Development Technologist

We are proud to partner with the UK's leading specialist bakery businesses to find a talented Graduate Development Technologist to join their R&D team.

This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with the R&D team to develop innovative food products that meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for producing high-quality products that can be mass-produced without compromising on taste or quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new food product ideas that meet customer trends and requirements
  • Work closely with the R&D team to ensure the development of high-quality products
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal customers to ensure effective relationships
  • Contribute to the development of sensory analysis and food safety processes
  • Provide excellent written and oral communication skills to ensure effective communication with the team
