Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Content Operations and Ad Sales Manager to join our team at Little Dot Studios Limited. As a key member of our Media team, you will be responsible for leading our Ad Operations team and ensuring the seamless delivery of ad sales experiences for our top-tier clients across YouTube.

About the Role

  • Directly manage, appraise, and up-skill the members of the Ad Operations Team, ensuring each team member is cared for, has career progression planned, and is motivated to deliver their best performance.
  • Full training of Graduate level new starters, exposing them to all areas of their role in a contained environment that allows them to learn while safeguarding the business and our clients.
  • Hold technical relationships with our top-tier clients across YouTube via Google Ad Manager, ensuring their LDS ad sales experience is seamless to set up and outperforms our competitors on YT.
  • Lead in the training of newer members of the Ad Operations team.
  • Proactively search to expand our capabilities within YouTube, reviewing and suggesting the best use of 3rd Party Ad Tech and Processes to ensure the best results for clients.
  • Keep up to date with developments within the digital media landscape, Ad Tech Vendors, and Ad Distribution Partners.
  • Ownership of communication between the Global Ad Sales teams and Ad Operations Team.
  • Owning repackaging of inventory and management of the monthly channel integration into the LDS network.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar Ad Sales/Digital Advertising Operations role.
  • Previous managerial experience and can speak to multiple occasions where their business has benefited from their stewardship.
  • A proven track record when it comes to problem-solving within the Digital Ad Operations Space, including finding creative solutions where ad inventory is limited.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Formulae.
