Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, and fixed asset management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable: Process all supplier invoices and staff expense claims, credit cards, and charge card reconciliations.
  • Accounts Receivable: Process all sales invoices, upload and monitor invoices on client portals, and update relevant reports and sales daybooks.
  • Cash Flow and Bank Reconciliations: Perform daily bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are matched and recorded in our financial system.
  • Fixed Asset Management: Manage and reconcile fixed assets, including depreciation and amortization.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist the operations director with timesheet chasing, prepare VAT submissions and reconciliations, and perform other ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with Accounts Payable.
  • Paprika software experience is desirable.
  • Graduate of a business degree with a finance aspect, or studying AAT / ACCA / CIMA etc.
  • Highly organized and able to manage your time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a polite telephone manner.
