Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy & Planning: Develop data-driven content calendars aligned with agile methodologies, social trends, and TikTok search insights.
  • Content Creation & Management: Plan, shoot, edit, and publish captivating TikTok videos related to beauty products and trends.
  • Social Media Reporting & Optimization: Generate monthly reports analyzing key TikTok performance metrics, including video views, engagement rates, click-through rates to the TikTok shop, and conversion rates within the shop.
  • Community Management: Engage with the TikTok community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and informative manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a successful beauty content creator on TikTok with a strong understanding of the platform and its shoppable features.
  • A keen eye for trends and the ability to translate them into engaging TikTok content that drives sales.
  • Excellent video editing skills with experience using relevant software.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external teams.
  • A passion for the beauty industry and the ability to create informative, entertaining, and shoppable content.
