Job Title: HR Operations Lead

Location: Leicester (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days from home)

Contract: Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover until December 2025)

Salary: Up to £40,000

About the Role:

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established business who are looking for an HR Operations Lead to cover maternity leave until December 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected organization and contribute to the success of their HR function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth running of HR processes and procedures. This will include managing employee data, coordinating training and development programs, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HR operations role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
