Job Title: HR Operations Lead (Maternity Cover)
Location: Leicester (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days from home)
Contract: Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover until December 2025)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE)

About the Role:
We are pleased to be partnering with a reputable business in Leicester to recruit an HR Operations Lead to cover maternity leave until December 2025. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team within a respected organisation. The role offers a hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

  1. Lead and support the HR Operations team, ensuring the efficient execution of HR processes.
  2. Act as the primary expert on Workday and iTrent, handling escalations and driving system enhancements.
  3. Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to manage organisational changes and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  4. Mentor HR & Payroll Team Leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  5. Deep knowledge of Workday and other HR systems, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  6. Solid HR background, including experience with TUPE transfers, payroll processes, and employee benefits.
