About the Role:

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established business who are looking for an HR Operations Lead to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative team within a respected business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and support the HR Operations team, ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of HR processes.
  2. Act as the go-to expert on Workday and iTrent, handling escalations and driving system improvements.
  3. Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to manage organisational changes and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  4. Mentor HR & Payroll Team Leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  5. In-depth knowledge of Workday and other HR systems, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  6. Solid HR background, including experience with TUPE transfers, payroll processes, and employee benefits.
