Job Summary

As a Service Coordinator at ISS, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of client requests. Your responsibilities will include receiving and logging calls from clients, accurately interpreting contractual and operational requirements, and ensuring that our Helpdesk function consistently surpasses client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process client calls regarding facilities and accurately translate these calls into solutions that meet their needs.
  • Identify the most appropriate solution to client requests within the contractual process.
  • Build relationships with clients and account delivery teams.
  • Manage and update associated software and programs.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Provide a professional and articulate helpdesk solution to clients.
  • Support the account delivery team from an administrative perspective.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Hold a GCSE standard with at least 5 Grade C passes or above, or an NVQ qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service, ICT, or equivalent.
  • Have previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, or administrative role.
  • Have call handling experience.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Have evidence of working within a team, supporting and working with others to reach organisational goals.
