About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Account Manager to join QinetiQ Target Systems within our Commercial Team. QTS is a subsidiary of QinetiQ Group PLC, focusing on the design and manufacturing of cutting-edge Unmanned Aerial and Surface Target systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client relationships and provide information on new products/services
  • Act as a liaison between customers and QTS, addressing technical issues
  • Manage designated customers and projects
  • Plan and execute projects within budget and timeline
  • Stay informed about competitors' offerings
  • Prepare proposals for customer inquiries
  • Handle customer complaints following company procedures
  • Arrange customer visits to discuss future needs
  • Keep accurate sales data on CRM system

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, financial knowledge, and CRM management experience. Proficiency in project management, Microsoft Office, and attention to detail are required. General administration and commercial proposal generation experience is a plus. HND qualification is preferred, with knowledge of radio-controlled vehicles as an advantage.
