We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Administrator to join our growing team in Liverpool City Centre. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing core HR support to employees and management, including managing HR Hub enquiries, maintaining database integrity on the iTrent database, and processing contract changes and updates.
Key Responsibilities- Manage HR Hub enquiries from employees and management
- Maintain database integrity on the iTrent database
- Process contract changes and updates
- Process new starter paperwork
- Support with documentation generation as required
- Take ownership of additional checks such as DBS or VISA applications
- Experience working with iTrent
- Strong user of MS Office software, including SharePoint and One Drive
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time working hours, 9-5, Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home up to 3 days per week
- Competitive hourly rate of £14 PAYE, with the potential for extension
