We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our small sales team at our UK headquarters in Rugby. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders, answer product questions, and deal with technical part numbers.
  • Search for parts from our catalogue/website and raise quotations for pricing and availability.
  • Resolve general customer queries and maintain accurate records.
  • Process and post invoices daily to customers and participate in the credit control process.
  • Maintain and develop our customer and prospect database.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales team.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service or sales administration experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Good systems skills and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
