**About Jam Personnel**

At Jam Personnel, we are recruiting a Quality Assurance Officer to join our team in a small home care provider based in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to oversee everything quality related for the business.


Main Responsibilities
  • **Monitoring Live Systems**: Ensure the smooth operation of our live systems, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • **Medication Management**: Oversee the completion of medication, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • **Client Visits**: Conduct regular visits to clients' homes, logging and logging out as required, to ensure their needs are met.
  • **Quality Assurance**: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to drive continuous improvement and excellence in our services.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
