At Jam Personnel, we are recruiting a Quality Assurance Officer to join our team in a small home care provider based in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to oversee everything quality related for the business.


Main Responsibilities
  • **Monitoring Live Systems**: Ensure the smooth operation of our live systems, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • **Medication Management**: Oversee the completion of medication, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • **Client Visits**: Log and log out of clients' homes, maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect for our clients' privacy.
  • **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure our services meet the highest standards of quality and care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in quality assurance, with experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for ensuring our services meet the highest standards of quality and care, and will work closely with our team to achieve this goal.
