As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to students, addressing wellbeing issues, and working closely with faculty members and Student Services to ensure students receive the help they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to students, responding to their wellbeing concerns and needs
  • Collaborate with faculty members and Student Services to identify and address student concerns, including non-engagement and wellbeing issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and faculty members to ensure effective communication and support
  • Work in a high-pressure environment, remaining calm and composed while multitasking and prioritizing tasks
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance student support and wellbeing
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including empathy and understanding of professional boundaries
  • Excellent communication, literacy, and IT skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of confidentiality and data protection issues
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
