As a Pricing Modelling Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our proprietary Retail Pricing suite. This will involve building, innovating, and refreshing predictive models that drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain predictive models using Python and its data science ecosystem
- Work closely with the Senior Pricing Analyst to implement changes to price selection logic based on trading performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Marketing Experts, to provide actionable insights and drive business growth
- Utilize SQL for data access and Python for data processing, analysis, and modeling
- 1-2 years of experience as an analyst in the insurance, financial services, retail, or travel industry
- High-quality numerate degree (Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, etc.)
- Understanding of statistics and machine learning best practices
- Competent in using Python and its data science ecosystem for data manipulation, data visualization, and statistical modeling
- Excellent data manipulation and reporting skills using SQL and MS Excel
