We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigated Fraud Case Handler to join our dynamic team at Keoghs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling litigated claims on a delegated authority basis for a range of insurer clients. This will involve working with strategic foresight to ensure all litigation opportunities are taken to shape the future of the counter-fraud arena.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run fraud cases from litigation through to resolution, ensuring the best result for the client.
  • Conduct detailed review and analysis of evidence throughout the case.
  • Identify strategic litigation opportunities and complex cases when appropriate.
  • Comply with procedural and investigative deadlines.
  • Adhere to file management policies and achieve financial targets.
Requirements
  • Experience in civil litigation claims handling or as a legal File Handler.
  • Understanding of insurance litigation practice and processes, including indemnity principles.
  • Knowledge of the litigation process and working knowledge of the CPR and relevant Personal Injury Protocols.
  • Good advocacy skills and experience of time recording and billing systems.
