In this role, you will assist our Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our highly acclaimed restaurant. Our establishment is dedicated to sustainability, catering to both hotel guests and local patrons, with a focus on Scottish seafood and other culinary delights. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences, ensuring exceptional service, and collaborating closely with our kitchen team to maintain seamless restaurant operations.
As a Restaurant Operations Manager, your responsibilities will encompass both operational leadership (including team development and management) and administrative tasks (such as financial oversight and inventory management). You should possess comprehensive knowledge of all facets of managing a high-end dining establishment.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Availability to work 5 shifts per week, totaling 40 hours, with essential weekend and evening flexibility.
- Experience in a high-end dining environment, ideally as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Strong leadership abilities, particularly in training and developing team members.
- A passion for excellence, demonstrated through meticulous attention to detail and experience in service recovery.
