Construction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team at A1 Personnel Employment Agency Limited.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and actions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming new business enquiries and assisting clients as needed.
- Set up new leads and quotes in simPRO, including contact information and relevant details.
- Coordinate site surveys, scheduling and confirming appointments, and allocating tasks to the team.
- Update relevant calendars, ensuring sufficient travel time between appointments.
- Prepare site packs, including drawings and relevant information.
- Manage SLACK channels for new jobs, adding relevant personnel and information.
- Pull over information from site visits, adding it to the relevant job on simPRO.
- Send fitter certificates to clients upon job commencement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience.
- Construction industry experience or similar is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Confident telephone manner.
Working Hours and Benefits:
- Monday to Thursday: 8am - 5pm.
- Friday: 8am - 4pm.
- Office-based.
- 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
- 5 days sick leave per year.
- Nest Pension.
