Salary:£30,000 + BONUS with an additional £5,000 OTE
Type:Full Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality assessments and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care up to Level 5.
- Develop and deliver training programs for Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation on learners' progress.
- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to learners to overcome barriers to learning.
- Meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork, and general administration.
- Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
- Experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3 OR Level 5.
- Occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly) at Management level.
- Confident ICT skills and ability to conduct online remote assessments.
- Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
This is an exciting opportunity to join KM Education Recruitment Ltd as a Health and Social Care Assessor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessments and support to learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care up to Level 5.
You will also develop and deliver training programs for Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2, manage and maintain accurate documentation on learners' progress, and provide guidance, support, and motivation to learners to overcome barriers to learning.
