Job Title: Residential Support Worker

Job Type: Temporary, Full-time

Location: Bournemouth and surrounding area

Hourly Rate: Up to GBP16.00 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Prospero Health & Social Care. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with complex needs, including emotional and behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general support and 1:1 care to children and young people
  • Supporting individuals in the community and promoting independence
  • Helping young people live a fun and fulfilling life
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Experience in a support work or care environment
  • Up-to-date mandatory training, including Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, and Safeguarding
  • Health and Social Care Level 2 or 3 (desirable but not essential)
  • Right to Work in the UK and enhanced DBS certificate
