Key Responsibilities:
Support adults with a range of needs
Work in a range of services including Housing Associations, Residential Homes, Community Outreach, and Extra Care Services
Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families and other professionals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service user information

Requirements:
Previous experience in a support work/care environment
Up-to-date mandatory training in Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Infection Prevention, Equality and Diversity, and Autism training
Safeguarding training is imperative
Health and Social Care Level 2 or 3 (desirable but not essential)
