About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Executive to enhance our marketing efforts at Daniel Thwaites. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing initiatives for our esteemed collection of hotels and inns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing the comprehensive performance marketing strategy.
  • Creating and overseeing paid advertising and email marketing campaigns across diverse platforms to execute targeted marketing approaches.
  • Enhancing the customer experience throughout various booking channels to maximize conversion rates.
  • Leveraging data analytics to engage both new and existing clientele, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
  • Utilizing performance metrics to assess and refine campaign effectiveness, providing insightful reports and recommendations.
  • Fostering relationships with property teams and key stakeholders.
  • Designing tailored email marketing campaigns using our data segmentation tools.
  • Conducting regular A/B testing to inform strategic decisions and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Developing automated communication campaigns to engage guests before arrival and after their stay.
  • Collaborating with our agency to strategize and execute PPC and social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and business objectives.
  • Creating and maintaining landing pages that support marketing campaigns and enhance conversion rates, ensuring they are current and aligned with promotional calendars.
  • Coordinating timely updates of promotions and offers to align with marketing schedules.
  • Assisting the broader marketing team in planning and executing local and group marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, content marketing, and paid strategies.
  • Managing third-party listings and online travel agent profiles to ensure accurate pricing, imagery, and property features.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in managing paid search and social media campaigns, alongside expertise in executing email marketing initiatives using CRM systems.

A solid understanding of analytics and data-driven strategies, including proficiency in Google Analytics, is essential. A passion for marketing and a commitment to excellence are key attributes we seek.

While experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous, candidates with a background in retail will also be considered.

We value excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within marketing teams and with external agencies. A strong technical aptitude, creativity in content development, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are crucial.
