If so, the role of Team Manager could be an excellent fit for you as a key leader within a national resource.

In this position, you will oversee the management of a secure children's home, ensuring the highest quality of care for young individuals who have been referred for various reasons, including safety concerns. You will be responsible for leading a team of residential staff, fostering a culture of solution-focused and trauma-informed practices.

About You:

  • Assess individual needs and provide tailored interventions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to ensure integrated service delivery.
  • Coordinate reviews for young people in partnership with educational and healthcare leads.
