We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Urology team as a Deputy Patient Access Manager. This role will play a crucial part in assisting with the provision of patient care within the Urology department at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust.
Main Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with a small team of Urology clinical nurse specialists in the outpatient setting to ensure the smooth running of clinics.
- Assist with patient care and procedures to ensure the effective use of resources and manpower.
- Participate in the planning and development of the service in accordance with the Trust's policies and procedures.

Person Specification- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a urology department.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
