Share Schemes Tax Director Opportunity

At Pro-Tax, we're seeking a highly skilled Share Schemes Tax Director to join our team. As a key member of our Share Plans & Incentives tax team, you'll work closely with entrepreneurial businesses to help them incentivize their workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on the tax treatment of share options and employee share ownership
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of EMI, ESS, and reward tax areas
  • Expertise in split interest, freezer, and nil paid arrangements
  • Prepare share valuations and liaise with HMRC
  • Manage client portfolios and develop new clients
  • Awareness of accounting, employment law, and company law implications
  • Deal directly with clients, including agreement of fees
  • Stay up-to-date with HR and human capital drivers and implications
  • Hold a degree level qualification (LLB preferred), and/or CTA and/or ATT/ACA qualified or equivalent
