Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Director to join our Share Schemes team at Pro-Tax. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising clients on the tax treatment of share options and other forms of employee share ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on the tax implications of share options and other forms of employee share ownership
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of EMI, ESS, and related areas such as employment, NIC, and capital gains tax
  • Provide expertise on split interest, freezer, and nil paid arrangements
  • Prepare share valuations and liaise with HMRC
  • Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to clients

Requirements
